Turning an agency site people trusted but didn't act on into one that closes
55% of users said they would not reach out after browsing the old site

The agency's old site worked: people could navigate it. They just didn't reach out. I ran usability testing and a preference study with 19 people, found the site read as generic and proof-light, then led the rename, rebrand, and a coded prototype that shipped as the live site.

How I work
End to end
- 01
Discovery & research
Interviews, support-ticket mining, competitive audits, and journey mapping — enough evidence to make a decision, not a deck.
- 02
Product & IA
Flows, information architecture, and edge cases mapped before pixels. I design the states nobody asked about.
- 03
Systems & delivery
Component libraries, specs, and fully built coded prototypes — real, clickable products teams can review and ship, not static screens.
- 04
Measurement
A/B test design, funnel instrumentation, and post-launch reads. I stay for the part where we find out.
